my name on a page "like" on facebook

when I open my friend's facebook page, I found my name on a page "like" a group from India, I do not know why there is my name there, which obviously by the group owner, "maybe this is a luck for me, to be part of the group that "I am very happy when it becomes a fortune for me, and I was very pleased when India was a lot of people who added me as a friend on facebook. 
This is the name of the page "like" on facebook who have added my facebook name.
